Chiesigardens.com (the “Website”) is owned and operated by Chiesi Farmaceutici S.p.A., an Italian company with registered office in Via Palermo 26/A, 43122 Parma, Italy. (hereinafter referred to as “Chiesi”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

Through this Website each user (the “User”, “you”, “yours”), may find information and, upon release of consent, receive updates on the project named “Chiesi Gardens”.

This limitation of liability does not intend to exceed mandatory legal limits or those for cases of malice or gross negligence.

• Applicable law

This Terms shall be interpreted and governed by Italian law. All the disputes arising out of these Terms will submit to the jurisdiction of the Court of Parma.

• Additional provisions

The User shall not share any confidential or proprietary information through this Website unless there is another agreement with Chiesi regulating the sharing of such information. All the information will be considered as non-confidential, except for personal information covered by our Privacy Notice.

These Terms are not intended to modify or amend any agreement currently in place between the User and Chiesi.
